Mr. Semethe J. Lephosa is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Eden Foods. He is a qualified and registered practicing General Public Accountant and a member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA). He holds an ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, as well as a Chartered Accounting (CA) qualification from the Centre for Accounting Studies.
With over 11 years of progressive experience in the financial sector, Mr. Lephosa is a strategic and results-driven finance professional known for strengthening financial governance and driving operational efficiency within dynamic business environments.
He brings extensive expertise in financial reporting, management accounting, audit coordination, and the development and optimization of internal control systems. His work consistently focuses on improving financial integrity, compliance, and organizational performance through well-structured processes and policies.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Lephosa plays a key role in aligning finance functions with overall business strategy. He actively contributes to board and executive-level decision-making through participation in board meetings, business reviews, and high-level financial presentations, supporting informed and strategic growth decisions.
